We are looking for a well-presented and charismatic individual to assist our Aftersales team. The candidate must be confident, a great communicator and have great customer service experience.
Aftersales Advisor
- Principal accountabilities
- Booking customer vehicles for service / repair
- Arranging collection & delivery of customer vehicles
- Organising workshop diary
- Ordering, booking in and allocating parts
- Raising, completing and invoicing jobsheets
- Contacting customers and providing estimates
- Sorting out congestion charge payments
- Arrange MOTs
- Arrange warranty renewals, service and MOT reminders
- Ensure maintenance/cleaning of company vehicles is carried our on a regular basis
- To be professional and courteous when dealing with customers offering technical advice where possible
- General administration of the aftersales department, ensuring office area is clean and tidy at all times
- Liaise with aftersales manager regularly throughout the day
- Work in progress reporting
- Assist service manager in the smooth operation of the aftersales department
- Assist with aftersales and parts enquiries
- To be able to work as part of a team
- Complete time sheets on a regular basis
Skills and experience required
- PC skills – MS office, dealer management systems
- Customer handling experience
- Good organisation skills
- Full driving licence
- Managing staff and customer experience
