DB7 Engine Upgrade / Tuning

For DB7 owners who require more power.  Our continuation of the Aston Martin DB7 Driving Dynamics engine upgrade includes a tuned Sports exhaust with tubular manifolds, an additional supercharger intercooler, air box removal and a lightweight clutch and flywheel improving responsiveness and giving up to 50 BHP

Lightweight Clutch & Flywheel Kits

Improve the responsiveness of your DB7’s engine with this upgrade, weighing 27 KGs (less than the stock item).

Unleaded Head Conversions

Improve the longevity and re-fuelling practicality of your Heritage Aston Martin.

DB7 Uprated Brakes

Vastly improve your stopping power with 14” brake disks and 6 pot callipers.  This upgrade offers similar braking performance to the DB7 Chassis Dynamics upgrade but does not require the significant expense of changing the suspension and wheels, a c. £14,000 cost when new.

Handling Kits

From re-bushing your original suspension, including polythene bushes if desired to fitting uprated springs, dampers and anti-roll bars, speak to our service department to discuss your requirements.

Headlight Upgrades

We offer LED bulb conversions for the DB2 through to the V8 Vantage and more powerful bulbs for the DB7, c. 150% brighter than the standard units.

The good thing about Chiltern Aston Centre is that they have unbelievable workshops of their own where every kind of maintenance can be carried out on site from, paint work to replacement leather and even rebuilding whole cars.
